Talentview being an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) is a company which developed the HR software with the help of a team of skilled industry experts almost 5 years ago with an approach to fulfilling the automation needs of HR industry.
Typical phases of our Implementation process involve:
Requirement Gathering
Post agreement sign-off, an implementation schedule is mutually discussed and agreed with the client that provides the details about implementation phases, modules in those phases, customization levels and business workflows etc.
Development
The purpose of this stage is to prepare the entire system for going live. This includes activities like completing any necessary customizations, importing data in to the system and provide necessary user manuals.
Testing
Extensive testing takes place before the go live. Real company data is imported into the test environment and all relevant business processes and functions are simulated.
Deployment
Finally the implementation team performs the deployment. The final data will be loaded and validated. The project team will train the employees at client’s end who will then start working on the new system.
